2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

• Shareholders may submit questions before the meeting by going to www.proxyvote.com. We will accept pre-submitted questions up until the day before the meeting. We will also respond to questions submitted by stockholders during the meeting at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/RAL2026 as time allows. If we receive related questions, we may group those questions together and substantially similar questions will only be answered once. Questions related to personal matters, which are not pertinent to Annual Meeting matters, or that contain derogatory references to individuals, use offensive language, or are otherwise out of order or not suitable for the conduct of the Annual Meeting, will not be addressed during the meeting. If there are questions pertinent to Annual Meeting matters that cannot be answered during the Annual Meeting due to time constraints, we will post answers to such questions on the Investors section of Ralliant’s website, https://investors.ralliant.com.

• You may vote your shares while attending the Annual Meeting at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/RAL2026 while polls remain open. You will need the 16-digit number included on your Notice or your proxy form (if you received a paper copy of the proxy materials) in order to be able to vote and participate in the meeting. Even if you plan to attend the Annual Meeting online, we encourage you to vote your proxy in advance by internet, telephone, or mail so that your vote will be counted even if you later decide not to attend the Annual Meeting.

• If you do not have a 16-digit control number or you lose your control number, you may still attend the Annual Meeting as a guest. To attend as a guest, please access www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/RAL2026 and enter the information requested on the screen to register as a guest. Please note that you will not have the ability to ask questions or vote during the Annual Meeting if you participate as a guest.

• You may log into the Annual meeting at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/RAL2026 beginning at 11:45 a.m. ET on June 5, 2026. The Annual Meeting will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m. ET on June 5, 2026. If you encounter any difficulties accessing the Annual Meeting during the check-in or meeting time, please call the technical support number that will be posted on the Annual Meeting log-in page.
